Through a modified ancient breath practice I utilized during a Vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand, I found a way to directly influence the brainstem and autonomic nervous system — reducing anxiety, quieting compulsive hunger pangs, releasing stored trauma, and establishing a new, calmer baseline from the inside out.
